... is an italian opera Entertainment/Dinner in four courses. The "Master of ceremony" is a lady in a baroque costume. During the three hours dinner she introduces the arias, that usually deal with love or death, love and death et cetera. Througout the evening four professionel opera-singers and a pianoplayer in wonderful costumes present their dramatical repertoire: Arias, Duetts, Terzetts and Quartetts from Verdi, Rossini, Puccini, Beethoven, Mozart, Donizetti, Catalani, Offenbach and Bizet.

The troup of "Pasta Opera" is delightfully turning the evening into night. A cook philosophies about delicious ingredients. A feast for the ears, the tongh and the tonsil. A trembling high c, is cutting through the crowd. Guests are sitting at long, nicely decorated tabels. There are antipasti and contrapasti in an intimate dance. There are turnips sauted, there are truffles to blame and artichockes shockingly cooked. "Tiramisu" is martial arts for the sated.
